Project Description
DESCRIPTION:
The City of Fort Worth (“the City”) is seeking underwriting services for Public Improvement District (“PID”) financings through December 31, 2027.
The City expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in any proposal based on the City’s sole determination as to each proposal’s satisfaction of this RFQ’s requirements.
A tentative calendar for the selection of investment bankers is as follows:
October 15, 2026 Distribute underwriter RFQ
October 29, 2026 Questions due no late than 2:00 PM (CT)
November 2, 2026 Underwriter RFQ responses due no later than 2:00 PM (CT)
This schedule is preliminary and may be changed as necessary based upon the sole discretion of the City.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Electronic copies of the proposal should be e-mailed and are due by 2:00 PM (CT) on November 2, 2026, to the attention of:
